Located just a short drive down Highway 32 North, this beautiful park provides many things to do on a sunny summer day. Walking trails, sand covered beach, swimming area, park/playground, day/overnight and RV camping sites available. Gorgeous scenery and wildlife abound.

Carson Pegasus Provincial Park is located 14.6 miles northwest of Whitecourt on Highway 32, and is open from approximately the beginning of May to the middle of November annually. There are 182 sites, and 41 of them have power hookups. They offer showers, free firewood, boat rentals, snack bar, boat rentals, a laundromat, interpretive programs, accessible shore fishing, beaches. picnic area, playgrounds, bird watching, canoeing , and mounted patrols.
